All orders are processed within 24-48 hours from time of order. Australia Post Standard shipping is used for all orders in Australia, which is a 3-7 business day timeframe .

At this stage we only ship within Australia, however never say never, as we do hope to expand internationally soon!

At DAILY BLND we are all about our customers and the quality of our product we’ve produced. That’s why we are more than happy to exchange and replace an item if it arrives damaged or faulty. We will require proof of any faults / damage prior to the item being used and any claims will need to be made via our email hello@dailyblnd.com.au within 2 business days of you receiving your order from Australia Post.

Unfortunately ,refunds or exchanges will not be issued for change of mind, so please choose wisely at the time of purchase.

We encourage our customers to replace their BLNDER every 3 months. This is mainly for Hygiene reasons, but also to ensure that its unique shape and feel is kept

DAILY BLND has made cleaning your sponges easier then ever with our new wash bags. Simply add your used blenders into our eco friendly wash bags and add to your daily wash cycle always ensuring you allow your sponge to air dry before storing in your cup.

This will keep your freshly washed BLNDER bouncy and clean for your next use.

When you receive your DAILY BLND package, simply remove your BLNDER from its cup and run under cool water, squeezing as you go. Repeat this step until the BLNDER doubles in size and feels light and airy; You’ll want it to still feel damp to the touch, but not like its full of water.

Now you’re then ready to BLND! Using your favourite new tool in combination with foundations, concealers or powder, you’ll be able to create a flawless finish on the daily!
